Family Legacy of Service
Iron Spear runs in the family.
Iron Spear is led by two brothers, Marc Alan Besinaiz and Stephen-Michael Besinaiz. Our grandfather served in World War II. Our father served in Vietnam. Family members continue to serve in uniform today.
Stephen-Michael retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army. That discipline, and the family habit of taking responsibility for what you look after, shape how we run this company.

Who We Are

Iron Spear is a Texas limited liability company and a subsidiary of The Bezines Group LLC. The parent company gives Iron Spear a longer horizon than a single project and a steadier footing than a solo operator, while keeping the work small enough that owners talk directly to the people doing it.
Alongside Iron Spear, the Bezines Group family includes The Bezines Group LLC (real estate for the military community) and Valor and Faith (a nonprofit serving active duty military, veterans, and first responders). The three organizations share a family, a value system, and a habit of following through.

Iron Spear serves owners across the state. Houston, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, College Station, and every Texas city in between. Our home base is Katy. From there we coordinate work statewide and travel when a property needs eyes on it.
A meaningful part of our audience is out-of-town owners and military families who keep their homes when they PCS. Those owners need someone they trust on the ground. That is the role we take.
How We Work

Owners talk directly to the people responsible for the property. We keep scope written down so everyone knows what was agreed. Reporting is on a cadence you set. We take a long view of the properties in our care and try to leave them in better shape than we found them.
