Every property is different, so every quote is different. We build a custom quote for the property in front of us based on property type and size, location, visit frequency, and scope of work.
You can pause or stop service anytime with no cancellation fees. We do not lock owners into terms that outlive the trust behind them.

Iron Spear works only for property owners. It does not lease property, market properties to prospective tenants, show units, screen or place tenants, collect rent, or act as a real estate broker.
Our work sits on the owner's side of the table: the physical condition of the property, the vendors who touch it, and the reporting the owner receives.
